Invest in the Power of Ideas

Help build a future where people think critically, debate openly, and disagree respectfully.

What kind of society do we want to leave to the next generation?

One where people stop listening when they disagree? Where difficult questions go unanswered and meaningful conversations become increasingly difficult?

Or one where people can challenge ideas, learn from different perspectives, think independently, and work through disagreements with respect?

The Prometheum Foundation is working toward the second vision. With your help, we can do more. Democracy is about disagreement and how we learn and improve from it, and a free democracy requires discussion, discourse, and debate.

Our mission is to encourage free and open discussion, civil discourse, and thoughtful debate. Through programs such as the Franklin Forum, the Constitution Center, the Debate Center, and W Verse, we create opportunities for students and the broader public to explore ideas, strengthen critical thinking skills, and engage with the questions that shape our society.

But a mission this important cannot grow without support.

Your donation helps provide the resources needed to sustain these programs, develop new opportunities for engagement, and bring the benefits of informed discussion and debate to more people.

A gift of any size can be part of something bigger. When individuals who believe in open dialogue and informed citizenship come together, their collective support can help expand the reach of this work.

Your contribution is not simply a donation to an organization. It is a commitment to the value of ideas, the importance of education, and the belief that people can disagree without losing their respect for one another.

It is a way to help young people find their voices, encourage citizens to think about issues more deeply, and make room for the kinds of conversations that a free society needs.

Today, you have an opportunity to help make that future possible.

Please make a donation to the Prometheum Foundation. Your support will help us sustain our existing programs, pursue opportunities to expand our reach, and continue championing the principles of open discussion, critical thinking, and civil discourse.

If you believe that thoughtful debate matters, that informed citizens make a difference, and that respectful disagreement is worth preserving, we invite you to stand with us.

Make your gift today. Invest in the power of ideas. Help build a culture of civil discourse.

Thank you for supporting the Prometheum Foundation and for helping ensure that open discussion and thoughtful debate remain an important part of our shared future.

Sincerely,

Stephen G. Bowling
